Development Assessments

This type of assessment can be used to identify learning objectives based on strengths and development needs for a set of high potential leaders in your organization, as part of Succession Planning, and on the front end of Personalized Coaching. The structure of this assessment usually includes:

  • Personality testing
  • FULLVIEW Feedback Inventory results and feedback session
  • Discussion with individual’s manager about strengths, development needs and next steps
  • Written summary of development needs that leverage strengths, shore up weak areas
