Career Confidence is Critical
It’s easier to be a great leader if your team members are confident about where their careers are headed. But, it’s not always possible to spend the kind of time your people need to help them think through their career options.
We designed our Career ACTION workshop to give organizational leaders a service they could use to instill in their team members the importance of taking responsibility for their own career direction. The structure and content of this workshop experience helps participants recognize their unique capabilities and needs, think about what the organization’s needs will be in the near future, accept responsibility for determining their next career step, and plan for a meeting with their manager.
